Health cash back plan

Save £100s on everyday health costs. Everyone at British Ceramic Tile is automatically enrolled onto our health cash plan after 2 months of being with us. Not only can you cover the cost of everyday healthcare related expenses with this plan but it can also help you budget for the unexpected. You can claim cashback on dental check-ups, fillings, physiotherapy, eye tests, glasses and much more (subject to some annual limits). These benefits also include a 24/7 counselling and support helpline and a virtual GP Surgery where employees can talk to a doctor any time of the day without taking time off from work.

6.6 Weeks Holiday

Everyone working for British Ceramic Tile receives a minimum of 6.6 weeks holiday, inclusive of bank holidays.

Pension Scheme

All employees are automatically enrolled into a group personal pension plan after three months of joining us. You will contribute and we will do the same. You can increase the amount you want to put back and we will pay in to this too!

All British Ceramic Tile employees receive generous discount off the trade price of our tiles, you can also get generous discount for family and friends!

Bounty Hunter Scheme

At British Ceramic Tile we openly advertise all of our vacancies internally, and any employee that recommends an applicant who is then employed by us receives a payment of £500.

Subsidied Restaurant (Heathfield only)

Employees at our Heathfield site have access to the ‘Kilner’s Kitchen’, a subsidised restaurant serving breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. While they do a delicious full English breakfast, lighter and healthy options are available (and some lovely cakes too!).

Childcare voucher scheme

Childcare vouchers are a Government approved, tax-efficient way of paying for childcare. If you join the scheme, you can exchange up to £243 a month of your gross salary for childcare vouchers. The part of your gross salary you exchange for childcare vouchers is tax-free and exempt from National Insurance contributions (NI). Because of this, you can make savings of up to £933 per parent, per year.
